Terms & Conditions<\/h1>

These Terms & Conditions (the \u201cAgreement\u201d) govern your access to and use of the ELVIS OF NAZARETH website (the \u201cSite\u201d) and any content, tools, features, or services made available through the Site (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>

1) Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>

By accessing the Site, using any portion of the Site, or using any Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site or Services.<\/p>

ELVIS OF NAZARETH may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Site is the current version. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement before using the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.<\/p>

3) Use of the Site<\/h3>

The Site may allow users to post offers, advertise, bid, shop online, or engage in other interactive features. You agree that you will not:<\/p>

  • Use the Site or Services if you cannot form a legally binding contract, are under\u00a018<\/span>18<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0years of age, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using the Site or Services<\/p><\/li>

  • Post items or content in inappropriate categories or areas of the Site<\/p><\/li>

  • Manipulate prices, interfere with other users\u2019 listings, or otherwise disrupt fair marketplace activity<\/p><\/li>

  • Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or libelous content<\/p><\/li>

  • Take any action that may damage or undermine any rating, review, or reputation system<\/p><\/li>

  • Introduce malware or harmful code (including worms, viruses, or destructive code), or attempt to compromise the Site\u2019s security or functionality<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    4) Registration and Account Security<\/h3>

    To complete sign-up, you may be required to provide a full legal name, current address, a valid email address, a username, and other information needed to create an account.<\/p>

    You represent that you are at least\u00a018<\/span>18<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account, including any content uploaded or submitted through your account.<\/p>

    Any information provided by you, or collected by the Site or third parties during your visit, is subject to the ELVIS OF NAZARETH Privacy Policy.<\/p>

    5) Term and Termination<\/h3>

    This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Site or Services.<\/p>

    You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the account settings (including any \u201cTermination of Account\u201d option, if available).<\/p>

    ELVIS OF NAZARETH may suspend or terminate your access or membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including for violation of this Agreement. If you are using a paid version of a Service and ELVIS OF NAZARETH terminates your access due to your breach of this Agreement, you are not entitled to a refund of any unused fees.<\/p>

    Certain provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.<\/p>

    6) Non-Commercial Use (Members)<\/p>

    If the Site is offered as a social networking or community platform, members may not use the Site or Services in connection with commercial endeavors or ventures, including posting promotional links to other websites, whether competitive or not, unless ELVIS OF NAZARETH expressly authorizes such activity in writing.<\/p>

    Organizations, companies, and other business entities may not register as members or use the Site as \u201cMembers\u201d unless expressly permitted by ELVIS OF NAZARETH.<\/p>
